The mixing cylinder has a unique structure, high mixing efficiency, and no dead corners. The cylinder and support can be made of Q235 carbon steel, SUS304 stainless steel, or all SUS304 materials. For special materials, the cylinder can be made of plastic. It is mainly made for materials that cannot come into contact with metal and materials with strong corrosiveness, with polished inner and outer walls, beautiful appearance, uniform mixing, and wide applications. Compliant with GMP standards and can be matched with mandatory mixers according to user requirements.
The V-type mixer is an unequal height mixing barrel that is assembled by cutting the barrel into a 40 degree angle. Therefore, it has better mixing effect than the general W-type mixer, and is supported by the central axis of the two box bodies of the machine base. During work, the material bucket rotates around the same horizontal axis at the same rotational speed, causing the material to continuously flip up and down in the process of opening and closing. The material of the barrel body is stainless steel, polished both inside and outside, with a smooth surface to reduce material adhesion, ensure the quality of mixed materials, and reduce cleaning work after operation. The V-shaped mixer adopts an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the speed can be infinitely adjusted between 2-15 revolutions per minute according to operational needs. The reducer is a single head worm gear or cylindrical gear with self-locking function; Energy consumption braking is adopted in electrical control, and thermal relays are used to provide overload protection for the motor; The duration of mixing is timed and controlled using a time relay; In addition, the circuit also uses a speedometer to rotate and control the position of the discharged material after shutdown. This machine can be equipped with W-type reciprocating vacuum pump and SZ type water ring vacuum pump to achieve vacuum feeding and improve working conditions.
For the mixing of finer powders, clumps, or materials containing a certain amount of moisture, a mandatory stirring device can be installed in the mixing bucket according to the user's special requirements to disperse the materials during the mixing process, thereby shortening the mixing time and making the materials more evenly mixed.
